Aldridge acknowledged that Isak hasn't been fully fit since joining Liverpool, but he believes that the international break has given him enough time to regain his strength and speed.
He noted that it's normal for players to take a month or so to get up to match fitness during the summer, and Isak will have had around six or seven weeks by the time Manchester United plays at Anfield.
Aldridge is optimistic that Isak can still achieve his goal-scoring potential, but he needs to move past the discussions about needing to get fit and start contributing to the team.
By doing so, Isak can demonstrate why he was signed for a record-breaking £125m and help Liverpool achieve their goals this season.
