Despite Villa's own struggles on the road, Emery's team has been on a positive streak, and he attributed their improvement to hard work and a focus on getting better results.
"The players and the team are performing more consistently and getting more points than we did in the early part of the season," Emery said.
"This is a positive trend, and we need to maintain it."
Emery also expressed his respect for Liverpool, acknowledging their coach's experience and the team's ability to adapt and improve.
"I have a lot of respect for Liverpool," Emery said.
"They have a talented team with a great coach who knows how to get the best out of his players."
Emery emphasized the difficulty of stopping Liverpool, citing their strong team and individual players, as well as their own injuries.
"It will be a very difficult game, but we're ready to give it our all and do our best," Emery said.
Emery is also pleased with Villa's recent form, which has seen them climb the table after a slow start to the season.
"We've increased our demands in training and in meetings, and the players have responded positively," Emery said.
"We're making progress, and now we need to stay focused and consistent to maintain our momentum."
Emery warned his team against becoming complacent, emphasizing the need to stay motivated and demanding in order to achieve their goals.
"If we want to be at the level of Liverpool, we need to be extremely demanding and focused in everything we do," Emery said.
