Isak, a Newcastle player, has expressed a desire to leave the club and has been training with Real Sociedad in San Sebastian, Spain.

Howe was asked for an update on the situation and if Isak had gone missing, but he admitted that he only knows where Isak is due to reports from the media.

"I know where he is, really, through the media," Howe said. "From that perspective, it’s difficult for me to go into any kind of detail. The situation is far from ideal and is quite complex."

Howe also mentioned that Liverpool had made a bid for Isak, but it was rejected by Newcastle. He stated that the situation is complex and that the club is dealing with reality.

"We can only deal with the reality," Howe said. "The reality is we had a first bid from Liverpool and I believe that was turned down. From this point onwards, let’s see what happens."

Howe emphasized that the club tries to do things in the right way and signs players based on their conduct. He also stated that he cannot comment on other clubs.
