Despite being offered a significant transfer deal by Al-Hilal, a Saudi Arabian club, Osimhen chose not to join them. The reason behind his decision is believed to be his strong desire to play in the English Premier League.

Manchester United, aware of Osimhen's ambitions, is now considering a different approach. Instead of meeting his €75m buyout clause, the club is thinking of proposing a swap deal that would involve one of their own players, Josh Zirkzee.

According to sources, United hopes to convince Napoli to let Osimhen go by offering Zirkzee and €40m in exchange. Zirkzee, a Dutch player, only joined Manchester United from Bologna a year ago.
