The 26-year-old attacker joined Forest from Vitória de Guimarães last August and made 38 appearances, scoring four goals and providing three assists.
He will now play for Besiktas in the Süper Lig, where the team is currently ranked 11th.
The transfer was finalized before the close of the Turkish transfer window on Friday.
